Refund policy

Every roll is printed to order with the name you typed, so we can't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

If your roll arrives damaged, or we made a printing error, email dean@solutionairy.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you.

A name that was typed incorrectly at checkout is not a printing error.
